President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, issued on Monday an Emiri decree appointing Dr Sultan Ahmad Al Jaber as director-general of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
