Housing complex in Hatta to be ready by end of 2017

Dubai: Dubai Municipality approved plans for building a housing complex for their employees in Hatta worth Dh89 million.

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality, approved the plans of the project, which is expected to be ready by the end of 2017.

Hussain Nasser Lootah, director-general of Dubai Municipality, said the project will comprise four buildings consisting of a ground floor and three storeys, with 131 housing units, of which 23 are one-bedroom apartments, 73 are two-bedroom apartments and 35 are three–bedroom apartments.
