More services at Dubai Municipality’s Kifaf Centre
New services include counter for rent contracts

Dubai: The recently opened Al Kifaf Centre of Dubai Municipality will offer new services, the civic body said on Thursday.
The new services include a counter for rent contracts, which will also issue letters and maps, and process transfer of ownership. This is in addition to the existing services such as rent contract registration, renewal and cancellation.
“We want to simplify the process for customers and the addition of new services will not affect the existing services,” said Noora Al Sawalhee, head of Al Kifaf Centre.
