Abu Dhabi: Serzh Azati Sargsyan, President of Armenia, arrived in the UAE on Wednesday on an official visit.
Sargsyan was received at the Presidential Airport by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
A ceremony was held to mark the official visit of the President of Armenia and the national anthems of both countries were played.
Present at the event were Dr Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of Federal National Council; Lt Gen Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior; Shaikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs; Dr Anwar Mohammad Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, as well as other shaikhs and senior officials.
