Maitha receives Canadian Ambassador

Abu Dhabi: Dr Maitha Salem Al Shamsi, Minister of State and Chairwoman of the Marriage Fund, and Arif Lalani, Canada’s Ambassador to the UAE, discussed means of cooperation between the two countries. The meeting reviewed bilateral relations and the possibility of enhancing cooperation on family-related issues. Maitha and Lalani also exchanged views on a number of issues related to youth.

Maitha expressed her hope for continued joint constructive cooperation in order to achieve common goals.
