Sheikh Hamdan reviewed operations, enhancements aimed at improving passenger experience

Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, visited Dubai International Airport on Tuesday to review ongoing operations and enhancements aimed at improving passenger experience.
Accompanied by a high-level delegation, Sheikh Hamdan toured Terminal 3, where he was briefed on workflow efficiency, traveler services, and the latest development projects being implemented to maintain the airport’s global standing and ensure maximum comfort for passengers. His visit also included inspections of the Emirates VIP lounges for First and Business Class passengers, as well as the Dubai Duty Free area.
Joining Sheikh Hamdan on the tour were Omar bin Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications; Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police; and Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), along with other senior officials.
