Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced their working hours for November 18, Sunday, which is an official holiday on account of Prophet Mohammad’s (PBUH) birthday.
The customer happiness department at Al Manarah centre and the Al Tawar centres will be open on Sunday from 9am until 1pm, while public can call the toll free service Amer on 8005111 seven days a week, to inquire or to submit urgent transactions.
The GDRFA’s external centre at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3 is open to the public 24/7.
Residents can use GDRFA Dubai’s smart app during the holiday. to facilitate and speed up their transactions.
