FNC speaker meets Jim Yong Kim

Abu Dhabi: Dr Amal Abdullah Al Qubaisi, Speaker of the Federal National Council (FNC), recently met Dr Jim Yong Kim, President of the World Bank Group, and his g delegation, which included a host of regional directors in the Middle East.

Al Qubaisi and the President of the World Bank discussed ways to boost joint cooperation in various fields, especially the parliamentary field.

They also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the FNC and the World Bank Group and stressed the importance of the strategic partnership and cooperation between the UAE and the World Bank.
