Dubai: Dubai police have given mothers working for the organisation two hours off before the official hours Wednesday, as a gesture of appreciation and gratitude.
Dubai Police tweeted that those “two hours of joy” were given to the mothers as a gift for Eid Al Fitr, and has congratulated all its employers on the occasion.

Eid Fitr will either be on Friday or Saturday depending on the moon sighting, which will be declared Thursday after Maghreb.
Public sector employees are getting holidays on Thursday 29 Ramadan and 1st and 2nd of Shawwal, along with schools in the UAE. The Private sector is getting two days off for Eid, 1st and 2nd of Shawwal.
