Dubai: Dubai Courts on Saturday launched a special brochure in Braille for people of determination to get them to know about notary public services and procedures applied.
The move aims to introduce all segments of the society to the court procedures and laws that would facilitate litigation, achieve swift, accurate and fair justice and provide accessible judicial services for the entire society.
Taresh Eid Al Mansouri, director-general of Dubai Courts, said the Dubai Courts’ step aligns with the directives of the leadership that aim to empower people of determination. It is also in implementation of the initiative launched By Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, ‘My Community ... A City for Everyone’, which aims to transform Dubai into a disability-friendly city by 2020.
