Andorra: Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE’s Foreign Minister has met with Gilbert Saboya, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Andorra. They discussed the importance of the private sector and business people’s contributions to enhancing economic and bilateral collaboration.
Shaikh Abdullah and Saboya signed agreements on double taxation avoidance and encouraging and protection of investments.
The UAE Foreign Minister also attended a lunch banquet hosted in his honour by Saboya.
Later, Shaikh Abdullah met with Antoni Marti, the Head of Government of the Principality of Andorra.
During the meeting, Shaikh Abdullah and Marti reviewed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them in all fields. They also discussed a number of issues of mutual concern.
The UAE Foreign Minister stressed that the UAE is keen to enhance cooperation with Andorra in all areas of common interest. He also commended the steady growth of bilateral relations in all fields.
