From Great Danes that towered above their young handlers to mini Dobermann pinschers short enough to trip over, dogs of all shapes, sizes, colours and temperaments arrived at the 14th Annual Pedigree Dubai Dog Show at the Nad Al Sheba Club, Dubai, on Friday, with their owners in tow.
And the caretakers were as diverse as their canines. The stalls and grassy grounds of the club were a mini Tower of Babel, with the more than 200,000 visitors speaking languages from Arabic and Spanish to Russian, French and Hindi.
