Free pick up for green waste

Dubai: Dubai Municipality will provide a free service for bulk removal of green household waste composed of garden or park elements, such as grass, flower or hedge trimmings. Abdul Majeed Saifaie, director of the waste management department, said residents can call the municipality hotline 800900 to request the free waste removal service. He added that there have been reports of some residents disposing of the waste inappropriately.
