Fire guts warehouse in Ras Al Khor

Dubai: A warehouse for making wooden doors and windows was partially burned when a fire broke out at around 4pm on Thursday.

No injures were reported in the warehouse allocated in Ras Al Khor and fire-fighters were able to control the fire within 10 minutes in the huge warehouse, said Major Ali Al Mutawa’a, Director of the Civil Defense operations room. The fire fighters managed to control the fire from gutting the entire area, he said.

The matter is still under investigation as to the cause of the fire.
