Dubai: Dubai’s most prominent shopping malls will extend their timings during Eid Al Adha celebrations, the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) has announced.
During the seventh edition of ‘Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha’ celebrations — which will begin on September 25 and run through to October 11 — a number of malls like City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Festival City will have their mall timings extended from 10am to 1am for retail shops, and 10am to 2am for cafés and restaurants on week days, while weekends will see retailers open till 2am and restaurants till 3am.
Mercato Mall announced that it will extend its shopping hours only from October 2 to October 11. Retailers will open from 10am to 12 midnight on weekdays and till 1am on weekends, while restaurants will receive customers from 10am to 1am on week days, and till 2am on weekends.
