Razan Khalifa Al Mubarak is the Secretary General, Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD).
Razan is also the managing director of the Emirates Wildlife Society in association with the World Wildlife Fund (EWS-WWF) as well as the Mohammad Bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund. She serves on the boards of the Global Footprint Network, African Wildlife Foundation, and the Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort. Razan is also a member of the Board of Advisers of Abu Dhabi Music and Arts Foundation. She holds a masters degree in Public Understanding of Environmental Change from the University College London, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and International Relations from Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA.
