Dubai: The Air Ambulance crew from the Air Wing Department of the General Directorate of Security Support at the Ministry of Interior played a crucial role in saving the life of a 29-year-old Asian resident.

The man had sustained serious injuries in a collision involving a small passenger minibus in the Al Saja’a area of Sharjah, Minister of Interior revealed in a tweet on Friday.

Upon receiving a request for assistance from National Ambulance, the Air Wing Operations Room promptly mobilised to airlift the injured individual to Al Qassimi Hospital for urgent medical care.
