UAE: Motorist dies after his vehicle hits camel in Sharjah

Sharjah: An Emirati man in his 20s died after his vehicle hit a camel on Al Madam Road on Sunday, police said on Tuesday.

The accident had occurred at around 4.30am. Police operations room received call reporting the incident. A police patrol and ambulance moved to the site. The man had died on the spot and his body was moved to Al Dhaid hospital and later handed over to family for burial.

Sharjah Police launched an investigation of the accident.
