UAE: Abu Dhabi warehouse fire brought under control
Authorities have urged the public to rely on official sources for updates
Abu Dhabi: A fire that broke out on Wednesday evening at a warehouse in the Mussafah industrial area of Abu Dhabi has been successfully brought under control by teams from Abu Dhabi Police and the Civil Defence Authority.
The blaze has been extinguished, and cooling and smoke extraction operations are now underway. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
Earlier, Abu Dhabi Police confirmed via social media that emergency teams, in coordination with the Civil Defence Authority, were responding to the incident.
Authorities have urged the public to rely only on official sources for accurate information.
