Minor earthquake hits UAE, no damages reported

Fujairah: The National Center of Meteorology has reported that its national seismological network stations detected an earthquake measuring 1.9 on the Richter scale.

The quake occurred in the Halat area of Fujairah at 9:57 PM local UAE time today.

According to the center, the tremor was mildly felt in the vicinity but did not cause any impact.
