Civil Defence teams from different emirates successfully contained the fire

Umm Al Quwain: A significant fire erupted at a factory in the Umm Al Thoub Industrial Area of Umm Al Quwain on Friday, completely gutting the facility.
The Civil Defence teams swiftly responded, containing the blaze and preventing it from spreading to nearby buildings. No injuries or fatalities were reported.
The operation was led by Major General Dr Jassim Mohammed Al Marzouqi, Commander-in-Chief of Civil Defence, and Brigadier Dr. Salem Hamad bin Hamda, Director of the Civil Defence Department in Umm Al-Quwain.
Firefighters from Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, and Sharjah were also dispatched to assist in extinguishing the flames. Additional support came from the Emergency, Crisis, and Disaster Center in Umm Al Quwain, the Umm Al Quwain Municipality, Union Water and Electricity Company, and National Ambulance.
No injuries
All individuals in the factory and surrounding areas were safely evacuated. The fire was brought under control before it could spread further, and the site was cooled down before being handed over to the appropriate authorities for investigation.
Major General Dr. Jassim Mohammed Al Marzouqi extended his gratitude to all involved parties for their prompt response and teamwork, which ensured the protection of lives and property.
