Resolution approves KHDA structure

Dubai: The organisational structure of Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has been approved in the new Executive Council Resolution No (54) of 2016, issued by Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council.

Pursuant to the resolution, KHDA’s chairman of the board of directors and director-general may issue the required decisions to execute this resolution, including approval of the authorities and responsibilities of units and divisions within the approved organisational structure. This resolution annuls any other legislation that contradicts or challenges its articles.
