Dubai: More than 5,000 employees from across 25 companies were trained by Albatha Group, one of the largest conglomerates in the UAE, as part of the company’s second Albatha Learning Festival.

The festival which lasts three days featured a total of 130 sessions that included topics ranging from safety, creativity and innovation, to management and leadership programmes covering all levels of employees in the Group. “Albatha is a ‘Learning Organisation’, moving towards best in class, adapting and establishing best practices and continually improving our leadership, processes, IT and human resources. We aim to provide learning opportunity to every employee at least once a year to raise the standards of the whole organisation through internal workshops, as well as external partners and institutions,” said Albatha’s group managing director, Eshaque Noor.
