Abu Dhabi: A two-day examination conducted by the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists (RCOG) UK, attracted more than 200 medical experts from different regions of the Middle East yesterday, at the Abu Dhabi Beach Rotana Hotel.
The exam is held twice a year,i.e. in Dubai in March and in Abu Dhabi in September and has been conducted in the UAE since 1998. RCOG President Professor Allan Tempelton was present during the seven-hour written exam, assisted by Dr M. Al Shaikh, Chairman UAE Representative Committee.
Tempelton also delivered lectures on maternity mortality and managing fertility in a seminar held in the Abu Dhabi Corniche Hospital.
