The US Education Group is visiting Dubai with a large group of American universities and colleges. Unique to these institutions is that most have a rolling admissions policy and do not require a SAT score for international applicants.
Most American universities have application deadlines as early as January 1 but at institutions with a rolling admission, they continue to accept students until the programmes get full.
A majority of students from this region usually wait for their board exam or final exam results to prepare their applications to universities overseas. Many do not realise that the application deadlines are 6 to 10 months prior to the start date of the programme.
International students would need to demonstrate their English proficiency by submitting a TOEFL or IELTS score along with their application form. Among the institutions visiting Dubai, are local test preparation companies and local American institutions. The exhibition is for one day only and it is free.
