Abu Dhabi: A student of Masdar Institute of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi has begun initiating measures that will facilitate the opening of the UAE Chapter of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). Wail Farouq Al Maeeni from the Engineering Systems and Management programme at Masdar Institute also plans eventually to establish INCOSE’s student’s division at the Institute. He is also a member of the Young Future Energy Leaders (YFEL) programme, an outreach initiative of the institute.
Al Maeeni is currently selected to participate in the 22nd international INCOSE symposium, which is being held from July 7-13 in Rome, Italy. The symposium will host market leaders in Systems Engineering along with researchers, academicians and representatives from INCOSE.
