Training will ensure sustainability of Adec’s Irtiqaa inspection initiative
Abu Dhabi: A batch of Emirati educators is currently being trained to undertake public and private school inspections, the Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adec) announced in a statement on Sunday.
The trainees are currently employed as principals, vice-principals and teachers across schools in Abu Dhabi, and are attending a year-long course at the University of London.
The training will help ensure the sustainability of Adec’s Irtiqaa inspection programme, which ranks schools based on a number of different factors, including academic performance and the condition of the school premises.
