Egypt to be guest of honour at Sharjah International Book Fair

Sharjah: Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) Director Ahmad Bin Rakkad Al Ameri on Monday received the Egyptian delegation, headed by Dr Ahmad Mujahid, Chairman of the Egyptian General Book Authority, accompanied by Professor Ahmad Salah Zaki.
The visit aims to strengthen ties of cooperation between Sharjah and Egypt. During the visit, Al Ameri announced that Egypt will be the guest of honour at Sharjah World Book Fair’s upcoming edition to be held on November 7 to 17, as per the directives of His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
