Abu Dhabi: Top education officials visited school premises to ensure that everything is in order.

Dr Amal Al Qubaisi, director-general of the Abu Dhabi Education Council (Adec), expressed her satisfaction with the Al Dhabyania and Future Schools after inspecting the preparations taken by administrators to ensure that the schools are ready to receive students on the first day today (Sunday).

During her visit to the various school grades, the official urged the students to follow the steps of the prudent leadership of the UAE, asking them to maintain the achievements of the nation, along with working on self-development and inculcating a spirit of perseverance, commitment and responsibility in the fields of scientific and cognitive achievement.

“The measure of our success in education and development fields does not rest only on our investments thereof, but also on the outcomes we gain,” she said.

Dr Amal also stressed that it is essential for students to realise that their success in life is closely linked to their education journey and that they are able, as of today, to draw a road map for their future with their persistence and hard work.

It is necessary to keep the family informed with what is going on at schools and their programmes and projects so that parents are aware of their children’s level of performance, the activities they practise and the hobbies they prefer, the official added.
