Interactive event showcases GDRFA’s services with a fun, customer-first approach
Dubai’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is continuing its community outreach through the awareness campaign “For You, We Are Here – The Smart Treasure Hunt,” set to take place at Dubai Hills Mall from June 16 to 20, 2025, between 10am and 10pm daily.
Now in its latest edition, the campaign blends education with entertainment to introduce visitors to GDRFA’s smart services, including Golden Residency, entry permits, identity and nationality services, the Amer Assistant platform, and sentiment analysis tools. The interactive event reflects GDRFA’s “Customer First” philosophy and simulates a fun and engaging customer journey through their services.
A key attraction is the children’s zone featuring mascots “Salem” and “Salama,” who deliver messages in a playful way. The platform also highlights key innovations like the Salama Al Platform, AlSaada Happiness Card, and the 04 platform.
Brigadier Abdul Samad Hussain Suleiman Al Baloushi said the campaign reflects GDRFA Dubai’s long-standing commitment to proactive engagement and field presence, helping people understand and access government services more easily while supporting Dubai’s vision for smart, integrated governance.
