Dubai Police save man from hanging

Dubai: Dubai: A police officer saved the life of a man who was depressed and trying to end his life, said sources.

The man, whose name has been withheld to protect his identity, was trying to hang himself using a belt in his room in a villa in the Al Bada area.

The European man was stressed because of financial and social struggles.

The officer broke down the door to the man’s room and wrestled him away from the belt.
