Dubai Lynx Awards presented

The results are in from one of biggest gala awards nights in the United Arab Emirates.

The second annual Dubai Lynx Awards on Wednesday handed out 180 advertising medals ranging from bronze to gold with the UAE taking home 127 of them.

Organisers announced JWT Dubai as Agency of the Year.

In a close second was FP7 Doha and in third was Fortune Promoseven Dubai.

The agencies were lauded in front of a massive dinner attended by 1,600 people mostly from within the advertising industry from across the Middle East and North Africa.

The awards were presented in Shaikh Rashid Hall at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Awards were given out in a variety of categories and mediums ranging from print and radio to television and outdoor advertising.
