The Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club is to host the 10th edition of the Dubai Duty Free Golf Cup today.

112 players tee off at 1.30pm in this individual 18 hole Stableford 7/8 handicap allowance format with men playing from the white tees and ladies from the red tees.

Craig Skimming , Tournament Administrator at Dubai Creek said, "The Dubai Duty Free Golf Cup always marks the near end of our golfing season. We are especially grateful to the support by Dubai Duty Free of this popular event on the domestic calendar."

The entry is a combination of Dubai Duty Free guests and the balance from open entries.

The defending champion is 13-year-old Rhea Nair from the home club whose handicap has reduced from 18 to 10 since her victory 12 months ago.

The main prizes are complimented by divisional awards for seniors (over 50 for men and over 45 for ladies), men, ladies and juniors (under 18).
