Driver killed, two injured after three-truck collision in Sharjah

Sharjah: A 38-year-old Indian driver was killed and two others were injured in a collision between three trucks on the Masafi-Al Dhaid Road early Tuesday, Sharjah Police said.

According to the police, one truck was speeding and suddenly swerved, leading to the collision with two other trucks. One driver was killed on the spot while two others sustained moderate injuries and were moved to hospital for treatment.

Sharjah Police urged motorists to abide by traffic rules and speed limits on the road to avoid fatal accidents.
