Development plan will change the face of RAK

Ras Al Khaimah will metamorphose by 2009 thanks to a plan drawn up by UN experts. Some steps have been implemented, says Mubarak Ali Al Shamsi, Director General of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, and others will soon take shape to change life forever.
