Danway wins two deals from Belleli

The UAE-based Danway Electrical & Mechanical Engineering recently won two major contracts from Belleli Energy, the Hanover company.

The first project won by the company is in Dubai which involves detailed engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete electrical and instrumentation works for the Emoil Petroleum Storage Facility.

Emoil is a newly established joint venture between Emirates General Petroleum (Emarat), BP Singapore Ltd and Trafigura Beheer.

The project is aimed at establishing a state-of-the-art petroleum products storage and distribution terminal at Jebel Ali Free Zone. Mott MacDonald is the client's engineering consultant for the project.

Danway's scope of work involves a very high level of terminal automation and is scheduled to be completed in two phases.

Phase One is expected to be commissioned by August 9, 2005 and Phase Two by November 10, 2005.

The second Belleli contract won by Danway is for the detailed engineering, procurement, supply installation, testing and commissioning of the electrical and instrumentation works of Enoc's Doraleh tank terminal in Djibouti.
