Man found hanging in Sharjah accommodation

Sharjah: Sharjah Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of an Indian man who was found hanging from the fan in his room in an accommodation in Al Nahda area on Saturday night.

Police investigations showed the man, in his thirties, hanging by a piece of cloth tied to his neck. The public prosecutor has asked for the body of the deceased to be moved to a forensic laboratory to establish if it was a case of suicide or a criminal act.

Al Buhairah police are investigating the incident.
