Coptic church holds mass in memory of Zayed

Abu Dhabi Bishop Antoniuos of the Coptic Orthodox Church yesterday held a mass for the soul of the late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan on the occasion of the first anniversary of his death.

Condolences were given by Reverend Pastor Beshi, the church patron, His Holiness Shenouda III, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and the See of St Mark of the Coptic Orthodox Church, Reverend Ebraham Bishop of Jerusalem and the Near East and the Coptic congregation to President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Sup-reme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates, the government, UAE residents and all mankind.

Reverend Pastor Beshi, said Zayed's "remarkable deeds would live forever."
