Calligraphy exhibition to showcase creativity of Arab artists

Dubai: A calligraphy exhibition, Word into Art, which celebrates the creativity of artists from the Middle East, will be held from February 7 to 30 April, 2008, at Dubai International Finance Centre.

Mohammad Al Gergawi, Executive Chairman of Dubai Holding, said: "I'm glad that Dubai Holding has taken this opportunity to partner with The British Museum to host such an excellent exhibition. The majority of works to be showcased at the exhibition are from the collection of the British Museum.
