Arab Social Media Forum day 2: Twitter to open office in Dubai

Twitter plans Dubai office

10am: The vice president of Twitter announced that the popular social media platform will open an office in Dubai. Shailesh Rao, the Vice President of Twitter, said that because of its commitment  to the Middle East, Twitter plans on opening its first office in region in Dubai.
