Al-Falak Electronic Equipment and Supplies Co - the regional IT components and solution provider - is expanding its presence in the retail IT sector in Saudi Arabia.

The company's computers supplies and accessories division recently opened two new showrooms in Al Khobar and Jeddah.

Al-Falak supplies an extensive range of branded and compatible computer products, as well as communications solutions, to businesses in the Middle East.

The computer supplies and accessories division offers IT products like consumables, data storage and backup devices, and hardware through its branch offices in Safat, Kuwait and Al Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

"Al-Falak has been operating in the Middle East for over two decades. With increasing awareness of the benefits of utilising IT systems, more business are investing in IT infrastructure.

"This conversion to IT-based systems has a trickle-down effect on smaller businesses and individual consumers as well.

"Our new showrooms in Al Khobar and Jeddah have been established to cater to the growing small and medium business (SMB) sector in these areas," said Ahmed Ali Ashadawi, president and chief executive of Al Falak.

The new showrooms will supply a large range of consumables such as toner, ink cartridges, and drums compatible with a range of printers including HP, EPSON, Canon, Lexmark and IBM.

The company also stocks one of the largest selections of printer ribbons, plain and photographic paper.
