Abu Dhabi/Dubai: Heavy rain has been reported late on Sunday afternoon in Fujairah, parts of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.
The orange alert has been raised in the UAE's north-east, including Kalba in Sharjah, Baraq and Asfini in Ras Al Khaimah and Dafta in Fujairah.

On Saturday, residents reported hail storm and heavy rains in Ras Al Khaimah and nearby areas.
