The gift was offered after the children’s plight was highlighted in the Cairo-based newspaper Al Youm Al Saabeh on May 28.
According to the report, the two children and their family will live in the community development project of the October Gardens district - 6 October City.
The 6th of October City is a town in the Giza Governorate, and is part of the urban area of Cairo, Egypt, around 32 km outside the city.
This is the second such initiative carried out by the UAE Embassy in the last few weeks.
On May 23, Al Junaibi, honoured a number of former employees of the UAE Embassy in celebration of the Year of Zayed and the holy month of Ramadan.
The 25 ex-staff members were given residential apartments at the Garden Hills project in the 6th of October City, in recognition of their services during their mission in Cairo.
