Abu Dhabi: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday (Monday) received General Joseph Votel, Commander of the US Central Command.
Shaikh Mohammad and Votel discussed bilateral ties between the US and the US and ways to enhance them, in addition to military and defence coordination and cooperation between the two nations. They also spoke about a number of issues of mutual concern.
The meeting was attended by Mohammad Ahmad Al Bawardi, Minister of State for Defence Affairs, Yousuf Mane’ Al Otaiba, UAE’s Ambassador to the US, and other officials.
