Dubai: The UAE is keen on consolidating a culture of innovation in governments and between individuals, and disseminating it to build a generation of Arab innovators and future leaders, said His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Shaikh Mohammad said that this is a part of the UAE’s approach to invest in and boost the capabilities of human capital, which will contribute to establishing work models and solutions for future challenges.
The Vice-President made the remarks as he inaugurated the Ibtekr (Arabic for Innovate) platform. Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, was present.
The platform’s goal is to disseminate a culture and concepts of innovation, as well as modern innovative tools and global approaches.
