Sharjah: A 16-year-old Emirati youth died on Saturday after his car veered off the road and overturned on Al Dhaid Road in Sharjah, an official said.
The police received a report about the accident on Saturday morning. The accident occurred as result of speeding, the official said.
The police found that four people, including the driver, were in the car when the accident happened.
Three people, including one Emirati and two Egyptians, were taken to Al Dhaid hospital for treatment.
Two passengers sustained critical injuries. Al Dhaid Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
