They discussed fraternal relations between the two countries
Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman and Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, held a brotherly meeting at Dar Salwa in Kuwait Tuesday.
They discussed fraternal relations between the two countries and means of strengthening aspects of the existing bilateral cooperation between them in serving the interests of the two peoples.
The meeting was attended by members of the official delegation accompanying the Omani Sultan, while it was attended from the Kuwaiti side by Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah, Kuwaiti Crown Prince, Ahmad Al Sadoon, Speaker of the Kuwaiti Majlis Al Umah, Shaikh Nasser Al Mohammad Al Ahmed Al Sabah, Shaikh Jabr Al Mubarak Al Sabah, Prime Minister, Shaikh Nasser Sabah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, Minister of Emiri Diwan Affairs and a number of senior Kuwaiti officials.
The Kuwaiti Emir also hosted a luncheon in honour of the Omani leader.
The luncheon was attended by the official delegation accompanying the Sultan and a number of Shaikhs and Kuwaiti senior officials.
