What’s that? You would love to have a bowl of chocolate for breakfast? Well, this right here is the easiest, quickest and healthiest bowl of chocolate you’ll ever eat. It’s so good, I promise you’ll be able to trick even the most passionate chocolate lover any day.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 ripe avocado

3 tablespoons of honey/maple syrup

3 tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 pinch of sea salt

Method:

Keep your eyes peeled, because this whole thing should take you no more than 10 minutes to make!

Just throw all the ingredients into a good quality food processor, and blitz for a good 4-5 minutes. Always make sure to scrape the edges of the food processor to get the whole mixture properly incorporated together.

Once the mixture is glossy, rich, and beautiful, place it in serving bowls and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

The beauty of this recipe is you can play it up or down, depending on how playful you’re feeling.

If you’re a Nutella lover, just add hazelnuts to the mixture. If you’d like a more breakfast-y approach, top it off with fresh fruit, nuts, or even a Chia seed pudding! The possibilities are endless.
