They are already parents to baby Dua
Power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have announced the birth of their baby girl on social media.
Posting a picture of a baby foot, they wrote in a post: “Welcome baby girl”, adding the date of the birth – 19.9.2026. They signed off as a family – Dua, Deepika and Ranveer. They added an 'evil eye' to the caption - a commonly used emoji to ward off negative energy.
This is the couple’s second daughter together - their first, Dua, was born on Sep 8, 2024.
As soon as the announcement was out, their fellow actors rushed to congratulate the actors.

Deepika and Ranveer started dating on the sets of their film Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram‑Leela in 2013. They went on to marry on Nov 14, 2018.
The couple have celebrated parenthood with Deepika going as far as to say it is her greatest role yet. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, she said that motherhood had pushed her out of her comfort zone and made her more emotionally and socially open.
“I’ve always wanted to be a mother, and now I’m playing my best role,” she added.
