US backs Muslim force for Iraq

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs held talks yesterday with Iraqi Prime Minister, Eyad Allawi, who arrived on a short visit to the UAE.

They discussed bilateral cooperation, the latest developments in Iraq and efforts made to restore peace in that country. They also discussed issues of mutual concern.
